Throughout the whole visit, the med assistant. were professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. I was very comfortable with the decision Dr. Rippy made for treatment. Excellent excellent service.
I had a truly amazing experience in clinic today with Caitlin Clark and her medical assistant Courtney. They were patient, kind and thorough during my visit and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a provider. 10/10!!!

My visit to USA Health Sports Medicine Thur,7-9-26 was terrible. I arrived early. Paid my co pay. Only to be told it had to approved with the insurance which would take approximately 2 weeks. Mind you I had seen Dr Rippley at another facility of USA Health and he had given me a steroid injection in my knee without any problem with the insurance. So when I called to make an appointment for another injection approx 3 months later now there is insurance problems. Needless to say I left without an injection, with only a paper to... read more
