First let me begin with some positives: Cleanliness +++++ Accommodations +++++ Friendliness of staff+++++ Knowledgeable about the procedure+++++ Went above and beyond what was expected+++++ This was my second sleep study the other took place at another facility years ago. My BIGGEST complaint is that NO ONE answers the phone. I made numerous calls all different times of the day AND night and no one answers the phone.
