If I could give zero stars I would. I went to the ER for severe vomiting and abdominal pain. I was there for over 3 hours before they gave me medicine for the pain. There were no beds available and the staff was rude. I never even saw a doctor. They said all my tests came back normal and discharged me. I began throwing up and had severe stomach pain again the following day so I went to urgent care. Urgent care told me I had a severe kidney infection that could possibly be septic. Just recently had a procedure done @USA Providence Out Patient facility, and could not be more pleased with the procedure and staff. From the registration desk, to checkin, to the surgical suite,every thing was orchestrated and flowed smoothly. The entire staff was polite, attentive, and most of all compassionate.
