You can't go wrong with Eric Smallridge!!! He goes waaay above n beyond for you. He hears exactly what you like and don't. When we closed on our home, the realtor from Coldwell had already canceled lawn care and it was up to our knees, Eric came over and took care of it personally, when the house was sold to us, the other realtor had no garage door openers for us.
