After 18 months! since signing a contract with your fake/scam company and , a letter from my attorney , you sent out a couple (2) of incompetent , sloppy jackasses: they didn't show up at the first appointment , me wasting a whole morning waiting for them and , the next day showing up at 12:30pm. STAY AWAY !!!!! After 16 months , US Green Contractors , has not being able to complete the installation , failing to provide the Condo Association with the requested documentation several times and , to pass the safety plan inspections , neglectfully taking several weeks to respond emails and , requested actions by the Association. Save yourself the headache and don’t deal with this unresponsive unprofessional business.All they do is give excuses and pass the buck around on someone else and never take responsibility. 1.It took them well beyond the time to install my windows that was originated told to me. 2.Once they installed my windows and doors they left my home like this ,change the texture of my stucko and do not want to take responsibility to get it restucko the same texture and It was never told me to I have to get my house repainted after you l... read more

I ordered impact windows from this company for my home. Although not completely their fault, it took almost a year to get the windows installed. The manufacturer was delayed in delivering the windows but the issue was the installer did not effectively communicate what was going on behind the scenes. Waiting a year to get my windows turned out to be the least of my problems with this company. Stay away from this company! We placed our order in October for all windows and doors, we were told to expect 6 months, now it is almost August and all that they did was install one incorrect door, and then 3 doors that arrived damaged. They damaged our house and refused to perform work that was on the contract. There is dust and debris all over the inside and outside of the house.
