Family business offers realistic prices and they know their craft. English isn't the best but it doesn't really matter. If your patience with them, they got you. They don't use cheap parts either and get good deal on parts. Also, if you BYOP's they can install better than anyone. "Factory experience, better price than dealership" definitely recommend USA General Mechanics in Reseda.

Hard working - good prices was my original review as they worked 5 hours to replace engine gasket. But while doing work they pressed me to do engine tuneup. I declined and later I noticed transmission oil (pink color) dripping in the pan and asked them which oil is that. They told me don't worry about it. After repairs the car is showing transmission problems. I had to call AAA as car will not move. Now I am wondering why transmission oil will drip to fix engine gasket leak!
