James is excellent at interacting with the whole team during the transaction and is always very responsive. He's always been a wonderful help when I have questions about prospective borrower issues or uw matters, and I appreciate his assistance in expediting loan closings.
James completed our cash out refinancing faster than I could have with another lender, who ultimately informed me they would not be able to approve the loan. In half the time it took me to negotiate with the other lender, James not only successfully got my loan funded and approved. He's been useful to me three times so far, and I plan to use him some more.
James helped us all the way through the purchase. from the time we were qualified till the last day. James would promptly contact us when necessary signatures were needed on documents and would keep us informed at all times. James was really helpful in facilitating our transaction!
