Never again! The underwriters do not know what they are doing. Unbelievable frustrating process. Instead of telling you all what you need up front, they like to drag it out each week and email you saying Oh, we need this now, only to repeat the process the following week. If that wasn't enough, the day after closing they wouldn't release the funds because they didn't like the wording on one of the documents I provided.
