Tried to get a family in to be seen almost a week and a half ago. They are no longer living. We got a very distasteful and asinine phone call asking did we still need an appointment. When we told them no, the patient had expired they had the AUDACITY to say “yes I see That in the notes” excuse me!! Who ever is the nurse on Bercier’s staff needs to learn to learn professionalism. That was completely and utterly ridiculous.
I really enjoy talking to Chris Lovell. He helps me understand my condition better than the last gastroenteritis I seen. I came here for a second opinion and received results that my first doctor didn't catch...I will never go back. Time to move forward. Thank you Chris I appreciate all your help. Keep up the good work.
I see Dr. Marshall. No bed side manners what so ever. Gave me sulfur that im allergic to. She wants me to do another colonoscopy but prescribed me sulfur again. I refused. Made appointment with another doctor.
Wonderful service and Dr. Dunham is wonderful!
