Brittany Wilson canceled my appointment two days before and rescheduled me for an ultrasound to see when my due date would be. I AM NOT PREGNANT. She clearly disregarded the referral sent over by my PCP and has set me back a month in getting answers about my health issues. The only redeeming quality of this office is Ms. Shirley, the receptionist, who was super kind, patient, and understanding. Ms. Wilson could take a lesson from her.
The receptionist are horrible!!!!! They do not mind hanging up on you when you’re in pain trying to make an appointment to see a physician! DO BETTER USA WOMENS AND CHILDREN HOSPITAL!!! I’m highly disgusted and dissatisfied with this establishment! Do not speak to Lana or she’ll hang up on you quickly!!!
We was referred by women resource the first visit they did blood work the second visit was a ultrasound funny thing is they didn't ask for no insurance or nothing on the first visit but the second visit wanted 60 $ for a ultrasound now what if something was wrong with the babies who do I sue they could have sent her a bill tbh ...take notes ultra sounds are very important and should been charged for it because medicaid drop the ball on her now we are looking for another place to get it done right
It’s hard to advocate for yourself when having pain and discomfort. USA health listens and then says let’s see you again in a few weeks to see if you’re better. I drove to the mobile location because the Spanish Fort one was unable to see me soon enough. It’s a waste of time and a drive to make an appointment to be seen here.
