Their power wash cracked the spoiler on my car. When I showed them, they said “huh, second one today,” then pointed to the sign that said they don’t pay for damages, and referred me to a number that no one ever answers. It’s hilarious because their website says they want to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied. So if you want your car in one piece, go somewhere else.
