We couldn’t be happier with our recent kitchen renovation. It was our first kitchen remodel, and Emma was wonderful to work with and was very responsive to our many questions and concerns. This review is specifically for Angello who is new to the team. His responsiveness and consideration defines good customer service. I had some issues with my cabinets, but Angello was always in timely communication with me regarding the progress. I also wish to extended my appreciation for the responsiveness of Deniz, as well as Emma, who added a perfect solution to fixing a design flaw.
I recently worked with Emma, Deniz and the outstanding installation team of Richard, Edwin & Edgar to renovate my kitchen. Emma gave excellent suggestions and was very patient & responsive to my numerous thoughts & questions. Deniz acted as project manager and stopped by on a regular basis to check installation progress.
