Parts of the fence fell down a day after they left the people that installed the fence were three Mexicans that didn't even work for USA fence they were subcontracted. I can't get a call back I would never use this company again missing screws hinges are all messed up $4,500 for what I could have done way better work for $1,000 in materials
They lack proper communication skills and they lie to their customers. I regret I purchased anything from #usafence in Bradenton.
They gave me a reasonable price, were able to schedule the job and then get to it earlier, and did what I asked them to do. the real good part of it was Steve and Willie the guys who did the work. There on time each day, good customer service, pleasant and worked professionally. They are the kind of employees this company should strive to retain.
I would sooner pay a higher price than recommend USA Fence. The post next to the home is crocked and allows all animals access to the home. They left several pieces of the fencing over a foot long in the yard along with multiple pieces of small wire all along the fening which required me to go on the outside & inside of the fincing. Management could actually manage, that would help. No follow up on a complaint. Had ZERO contact from anyone after complaining that I was not called prior to crew arriving at my home . I have a recorded phone message stating they were there and " assuming" that the string they saw was where I wanted fence installed. Not so much as a courtesy call about my complaint. I wish I had checked this site first because I see it is pretty common for this company. The material and workmanship, no complaint, the management...WHERE?
