USA fence company is ran by some seriously egotistical unregulated capitalists and I don’t recommend you use them. From the moment you start with them make sure that you get everything in writing. If you ask Kenneth Ross who works in the Tampa office to give you an estimate and lay out exactly where the fence is going to go and tell you if it’s OK with the county and he does not give it to you in writing. This customer hired USA Fence Co. to “custom build” and install a 6’high white PVC fence & gate system to be installed in his front yard and driveway. The fence system was built and installed exactly to this customers specifications and installed in the exact location as described in his contractual agreement and according to the work order for the project. RecommendedMy experience with Julie and Beau was wonderful. Once the contract is completed and signed it usually takes one month for the fence to be put up. But we had a party planned sooner then the month and requested for the fence to be put up before time. I called USA fence and spoke to Julie who kindly worked along side her supervisor Beau And thanks to all of their hard work my fence will be put up in time for our family celebration. I absolutely recommend them.
This company is incredible they installed a privacy fence for my Dad and it looks incredible!!!! Quick service and very professional, highly recommend!!!
This company is complete garbage! An employee was involved in an accident in a company vehicle and she was at fault (she admitted to it and the police report shows she was) on Friday the 17th. They begged for the police to not get involved and as of today they have yet to make a claim. When we call to ask why or to know what they will be doing to move forward they become very rude and nasty. We have nothing but great things to say about USA Fence! We absolutely Love our fence. The entire process was a very good experience. The customer service rep, salesperson and installers were all Great! I ALWAYS get 3 estimates when I make a larger investment but not this time. USA Fence was the first company i contacted and i was so happy with everything that I had no reason to look any further. Thank you!!!
