LIARS I took my car in and told them it may have a transmission issue cause it was jumping going into 1st gear I was told it was not the transmission but head gasket I was shown where it was supposedly leaking went through snap cause I was quoted $2500 and it would be fixed by Wednesday. Wednesday came no call or nothing so I called and was told the mechanic wasn’t there he would be back in 30 minutes 5 minutes later he calls and said the gaskets didn’t fit and had to be reordered parts just came it should be ready tomorrow ... read more

Everybody in here was so helpful and made getting the work done on my car so easy! I'd recommend them to everyone. They really seem to care about you and what they can do to help and that extends from the front desk to the mechanics.
My experience at USA Auto store number 12 was amazing management were very concerned they had great workers there they took their time and patience and worked with me on everything to repair my car I recommend them highly
