Usa auto sales is amazing! The staff is friendly & sweet. They have helped me find the best automobile for my needs for my family and this is the second car I’ve bought from them. I’m in love with my new Explorer! Plus the paperwork process was super fast and I had no headaches leaving this place. I love them.
love the truck i bought form them great people. easy to work with. not pushy to make a sale (witch is rare in car sales)
They purposely put fender flares on this dodge truck to cover up the rusted out fender, they were so bad that the fender flare fell off 6 months after I bought the truck along with a transmission total front end over haul because of the death wobble and new air conditioning pump now it's a fuel problem $13,000 of never ending problems. This truck should had never been on the lot. Looking into talking to a lawyer !
These people are I credible. They aren't out to rip you off. They offer competitive prices, great service, no BS and successful transactions. I was in and out within an hour to buy a Mazda pickup. No fuss, no muss. Call them if you are looking for a good used vehicle!
This place has very unprofessional business practices. While in the store one day to pay my bill, I asked the owner for a statement and a balance. Her response to me was, " I don't feel like it right now. Try back later." Poor customer service skills and even worse a poor attitude from the owner. Will not buy from here ever again and anyone reading this review should seriously rethink becoming a customer of this business.
