If I could give no stars, I would!! The owner Brent is a crook. He makes false promises, falsified my paperwork to get extra money in his pocket, yells, use racial slangs, expects you to make a payment on a vehicle that they’re in possession of because they are having a hard time getting it fixed, keeps your money and want extra money that’s not on the contract…..the list goes on and on!!! This is the WORST car dealer ship ever. Buying a car should be a happy and pleasant experience but I walked away un happy and furious. Even though Brent says he’s been in business for 24 years, he doesn’t know to communicate with people. He told me to come and sign paperwork and when I arrived he wasn’t there to handle business because his son had a football game, which is none of my concern. I'm a tow truck operator and over the years I picked up a lot of cars that were from USA mobile mad at me and said where can I get a great car from because it wasn't from now and I won't send anyone down there to get a car for me like I said dressing up a car to make it look good to sell when I get on the road it's an ugly situation Carfax every car that you have and give it to the people let them know what they're up against
