So I bought a 2013 Kia Forte from USA Auto. I paid about 6 grand, 7 grand when you include financing fees. Plus they got my Mustang. Well they told me there was a warranty while I was still making payments. I drove it about 20 miles from the lot and it started making a loud knocking noise when I hit bumps, braked, accelerated or turned. I took it back to them and it sat there for a week. Bought 5 cars or trucks here and sent several people here who bought from them as well. Never had any issues and was completely loyal to them until today. I always did the buy here pay here because of all the red tape crap I have to go through and large down payments that are needed because my credit is less than perfect. I work in the taxi business. My client purchased a vehicle from them that should of NEVER been sold. She is a single mother of two kids and on a tight budget. Made HER pay to fix the radiator BEFORE she could buy it! She called back up there to see when other problems happen THE SAME DAY to be told well call ya back. Obviously nothing! Had a family member call and speak to them and they hung up on her. Then called back and got yelled at like we were the bad guys! GREAT customer service!
