Got to the Greyhound station in Chicago And the Uber driver decided to leave me here didn't cancel so im the system it never scheduled me another driver to pick me up and take me to the La Quinta Inn. Ive called every terminal nobody answered it says open 24/7 nobody answered, nobody's checking on me to see I made it or no one I can contact to see what's up with my ride. Idk, this is so wrong of a company thus big to let someone just sit here and have no one to call for help.
BEWARE This Office has got to have hired the most unprofessional group of employees NEVER BOOK A LOAD WITH THEM EVER THEY DON'T LIKE TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES FOR LAYOVER EXT..... DON'T THINK YOU CAN COUNT ON THIS TEAM OF UNPROFESSIONAL.... .....
