I had a broken wheel (RIM) that busted on 696 I dropped my truck off and they fixed my wheel with no problmes.... I got 4 tires for a very reasonable price and I have 22... I would go back..
I highly recommend this company. They mounted new permachrome wheels on my 2013 Taurus and ONLY use the HUNTER balancer. The order/service process was exceptional. They are real car guys. I think the other reviewer was an upset competitor because US Wheel Exchange is a superior wheel company that uses the HUNTER wheel balancer that other companies cannot afford. Go with this company if you cherish your wheels!
Yes I have done business with US Wheel Exchange. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If you have a problem no one will answer the phone or get back to you. They also go by the name Spectrum Metalworks Inc. They ripped me off and there's nothing I can do about it but I can warn others. You have been warned
