We purchased a combo system a couple weeks ago and it has been a very regrettable decision. When the system arrived, the two tanks came damaged. There were dings everywhere and the covers had completely been removed. We called to notify them of the damages and texted photos to show the damages. They had the audacity to tell us that these were just for aesthetic purposes and not really important. At my house ,we have dealt with smelly and iron staining water since we had bought the house. After doing my own research and prioritizing U.S. made products, I landed on this company for a solution. I bought an in-line three stage filter system that has taken care of all our problems. I have called for tech support and they have provided great information. My experience was great. We opted for their water test. We only bought what we needed to eliminate the problems we were having. Once installed, we retested our water and these systems do work! I'll update this after a year, but so far - so good. People are direct and knowledgeable. I probably asked a lot of dumb questions and never felt rushed or pressured.
I am very happy with my USWS purchase and post purchase support team! Tasha answered all of the questions I asked and if she didn't know, connected me with someone who did. Great products, great value and awesome communication. One of my boxes of showed up damaged so I let them know right away and they made sure I received replacement before installation. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get rid of their orange water too! (Flexx HD)
US Water Systems has provided some of the worst customer service I've experienced. They don't return phone calls or respond to emails, making it extremely difficult to get updates or assistance. It took four weeks to receive our water test results, and after all that waiting, we were told the test wasn't even adequate and additional testing would be required. The zero communication, long delays, and poor follow-through have been incredibly frustrating. Based on my experience, I would recommend going ANYWHERE else but here.
