I have ordered several systems from this company over the years, but today will be my last time. Horrible experience. I called in to report that a filter housing blew apart—the bottom of the canister literally separated, something I have never seen before. I was skeptical about whole home filtration systems until I got to try a glass of water from a neighbor with the same system. The difference in taste is stunning. There is absolutely zero chlorine smell or taste once the water passes through the filter. Watkins construction, one of the preferred installers, came and had the system installed in less than 3 hours. What a great company to work with! Our salesman, Scott, was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what was going on with our water. He helped guide us to the best system for our situation. Boy was he spot on! Our water quality is so much better! Our order came quickly, with the detailed instructions, installation was a breeze! If you are on the fence make the switch and you won’t be disappointed!
Ive ordered different filter cartridge replacements periodically over a year or so. Every single order has had an issue getting to me undamaged and in a timely manner. There is either parts that are out of stock that they fail to mention to me or they send me damaged cracked filters. I recieved the replacement filter after showing proof of the damage and the replacement shows up damaged as well. They have blamed Fedex for this but the product shows up in many rounds of bubble wrap and the box is in good condition. This compa... read more
I hate that the only way to get through to Company is through leaving a negative review That said I’m very disappointed that after three calls over and over stating the same problem, this company is just unable to resolve it I bought more than $4500 worth of equipment.
