The hospital has been good so far. However, way too many times they say that they have called to make an appointment with me and there is no call from them in my call log. I've missed several close appointments because I never had the opportunity to to accept them and not have to wait another two weeks. . Today they called to make an appointment, noting that they wanted to see me yesterday but I missed their call. I'd like to see their call logs.
