I was sent here via Repair Pal, through my auto dealership app. I travelled to Las Vegas from two states away and noticed a problem when braking during the drive. When I arrived to this location (5520 N DECATUR BLVD) I was explaining my problem to the receptionist, and as I was speaking to her, a man came into the shop behind me. I said Hello to him and he just looked at me, no response. The receptionist walked over to him as he was putting a straw in his iced coffee and told him what I was telling her. I have four vehicles, and US Tire and Auto maintains three of them. The only reason they don’t maintain the 4th one is because it’s still under warranty. Over the years they’ve always done great work for me. I’ll continue to patronize them.
