BUYER BEWARE! 2018- U S Office and Industrial Supply just happened to call the company I work for when a leak in our roof destroyed most of our shipping supplies... This happened almost 2 years ago... I thought I'd give them a try with something simple by ordering ONE box of bubble wrap. We are STILL getting boxes of bubble wrap and are now up to 4 (3 of which are unopened as we do not ship very often). They have us on some auto order thing that gives us another box every 6 months. THIS IS A SCAM! They cold called about 2-3 years ago selling stretch film. Gave me a great price, so I ordered 4 rolls. I got 4 rolls delivered, and an invoice in the mail for $85. A few months later I get 4 more rolls and an $85 invoice. I called and was told this was the other half of my order. They've called again twice telling me they were shipping out the rest of my order and I've told them I've got my order and not to ship anything. **SCAM****SCAM****SCAM** Wish I could give 0 stars, or a negative amount! They called and got a hold of a newer employee, who was unaware, promised us that the products they were sending were going to be completely fee. We then get an invoice for $61.86, for Sharpies! So I call and ask for a proof of delivery, of course this is used as another opportunity to fish info from you. The person I spoke to, Lori, was VERY rude when I wanted some sort of proof. SCAM COMPANY. Reporting to the BBB and the State of California. They should be shut down. They call and get random employee names, then bill you product at 6-10X the current going rate. They sent us a $150 bill for a $26 item they claim they shipped us. Do not pay any invoice to this company for any reason. Shame on you thieves. They never spoke to any authorized manager or purchasing agent.
