CubeSmart in Sachse 6404 Highway 78, Sachse, TX is, without question, the worst excuse for a storage company I’ve ever dealt with. From security to customer service, they fail on every level. The gates are often broken and left wide open for days—on one occasion, an entire week—leaving the property completely unsecured. The facility routinely goes days without anyone in the office, and on the rare days there is someone there, they’re rarely on time or present during posted office hours.
