Ryan was wonderful
Wouldn’t recommend this location to anybody , they don’t really care about their customers , I emailed them saying I was pregnant and sick and no longer working , asking if I can make payment arrangements or how I can retrieve my important documents, I never got a response and they discarded my birth certificate , social security cards, baby and family pictures etc . and everyone knows how baby pictures aren’t replaceable, I will never see those pictures again.
I had an outstanding experience with Jose at this storage facility. From the moment I arrived, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction.
