We had the worst experience ever. We were with this storage facility for over 3 years. They recently got bought out and have new management. They continued to raise the prices on us. They will nickel and dime you for every little thing. We tried to make payments through their online and phone payment system but it never worked. You can only make payments in person. They will make you jump through hoops to get set up on auto payment or to change anything on your account. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Word of... read more
