I was told on 4/19/23 that my storage was sold. I did not get phone call nor an email. But the last time it was going to be auctioned I did receive a call and email. This time they are claiming they called my number, but I gave them my new number when this happened before.I have anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and have been heavily triggered. Not to mention when my storage was going to be previously auctioned we came up with a settlement price. And once my friend got there with the cash due to my relocating in another state. I found the staff to be exceptional and very accommodating for my unique needs. My car and boat did not fit as planned and management made accommodations that were very generous and appreciated at the last minute.
