I've spent a lot of time at Spine and Sport over the last few years. The facility is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Believe it or not I actually look forward to going to PT!
The staff is very caring about how you’re doing and very professional. I actually look forward to my time going there. Everybody’s always so pleasant and helpful. I wish they had sign ups where you could sign up and pay a monthly fee. It would be better than going to a gym where nobody cares.

Sierra has been helping me for under a year and her work ethics and professionalism in her field show in the results of the treatments in her clients. They really do a good job taking care of the body.
I highly recommend Spinal Therapy and Convay Physical Therapy to anyone suffering from back pain, knee pain,or any physical condition referred by a doctor. Pauline and her assistants are truly the best therapists in San Diego. Their professionalism,techniques, and care are unmatched. What really stands out is their moral character,kindness, and respectful behavior. I’ve never experienced such a high level of talent and dedication in one team.
