I went there for PT and my first session was fine. On the second session, I was with a PT tech who was managing another person besides me. I had no idea if I was doing the exercises correctly.

My first time at this practice and I am very impressed with the quality of services they have provided so far! Check in is very easy, I really enjoy working with different therapists at each visit and the location is ideal! I am usually brand loyal because of where I work, however, I will always ask to be referred here for any future physical therapy needs! No parking fees is a bonus!! I was SOOOO happy with my PT experience at Spine & Sport PT in Kearny Mesa. I broke my right arm just below my shoulder, which caused my life to be miserable for a while, including being unable to make my daily swim routine. My insurance authorized 12 visits, and I easily booked all the visits, 2 per week, on my first call to the office.
