Apparently this is a new location on Convoy, directly across the street from the prior address. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful l, however Sierra Strain (OT) is "FIRE' She's knowledgeable and confident in her training in addition to her impeccable interpersonal skills. She's definitely an asset to your company. The 4 stars reflect not on the location but on the call center scheduling department Cheers
This company has terrible customer service. They will make you wait for three weeks for an appointment, cancel day of and not be able to reschedule you for another several weeks after that. If you have time to wait, maybe try it, but I know my pain and injury doesn't allow me that kind of time.
The check in process is disrespectful. Both times, Mariaha gave attitude to the point of that I do not want to return because of the poor customer service. The first time, she gave sassy remarks about having an appointment, and her behavior came off as I was bothering her when I was just trying to check in. The second time, there was an iPad that I used. I checked in, and the payment option I selected was see receptionist. I highly recommend this place. Both Michael R and Michael P were attentive and knowledgeable therapists. I left feeling strong again and with improved posture!
