I could not let this day go unnoticed without recognizing the amazing gentleman at the Galesburg Social Security office. His name is Ted. and he was incredibly kind, caring ,and so helpful! I did not get the young lady's name at the desk that helped mom when we werenthere, but she was so sweet as well! What a great Social Security office to have in our community with that type of employees.Thanks to them both! Was a great day all because of them!
Whoever the man working behind the desk around 10-11am on October 30th was needs to be fired. Security guard also, to be honest. An old man who was dropped off from a nursing home, who told them he couldn’t hear or see well, was screamed at by the man behind the desk and completely ignored by the security guard when he obviously needed help. Both men talked down to this poor man the entire time, and to hear the worker scream at him for just asking a question was truly disturbing. I cannot imagine being so disgustingly cruel ... read more
