How do you speak to someone, I have called multiple times and just get disconnected. I can't even schedule an appointment. I have called the national number and local number.
Shockingly these people can't even get off their ass to answer the phone,suggest you drive somewhere else cause they're useless.
I went in to the office for an address change, this was after trying to do it online multiple times. I also tried calling the different 800 numbers to no avail. The guard at the front desk was helpful explaining what I needed to do at the kiosk. After a brief wait, less than 5 minutes, i was called back and less than 5 minutes later I was done. The representative was friendly and helpful too. It was a great experience. Thank you for the help.
Pretty useless to even try. The website wouldn't work for me to schedule an appointment so I tried many times to call to reach someone. This has two possible results: 1. on hold for over an hour, gave up because I had places to be 2. goes to an automated response saying "we're busy, can't talk". Not even a voicemail. They may as well not even have a phone system. Don’t even try to get in contact with them over the phone. Was on hold for over 4 hours, never got to speak to an agent. Absolutely ridiculous.
