I walked in the SBA with level 10 anxiety and left crying tears of joy and relief! I met with Kevin and Curtis initially and then Jackie stepped in to assist as well and all three of them were so kind and compassionate. They all love their jobs and it shows! They were determined to do all they could to help me and I will be forever grateful! Thanks to their help I’ll be able to close on a house as planned versus potentially having to give up my dream; the three of them making time for me will have a lasting impact!
Great fast service
Very poor experience discussing an existing disaster loan with the loan officer. Individual was condesending and down right rude. She obviously is use to talking to uneducated people and lacks the skill set of having an adult conversation. Very disappointed. Someone with minor authority acting like she is royality.
SBA is messing over business owners constantly especially over this covid mess. They are claiming I owe them a debt and are wanting me to sign into their payment portal to “resign documents” tying myself to the debt, yet when I wrote and asked for proof of debt, no response. Now they are threatening me even tho I keep asking for proof of debt and they can’t show it!!!
