We've bought several chucks, and they have all worked great. The most recent purchase was missing parts and had some damage when it arrived. Al listened to our comments/concerns, and he was fantastic. Very understanding, kind, and professional. Offered a great solution and followed through quickly. This level of service is very rare today. Highly recommended company to do business with.

Very helpfull, I was looking for a somewhat obscure product to anyone but a master machinest, which I am anything but, that had no bearing on the task at hand, never the less two not one but two set out to find what I was looking for and ran it down on the rack I was standing next to, no muss no fuss, very helpful, I will go there again and send anyone who asks where to go

Somewhere along the line a collet I ordered got lost. Apparently the only two ways to contact anyone in support to resolve the issue is to get transferred to a full voice mailbox by sales or to write an email that will not be answered to the returns department. Might as well speak to the void that's probably where FedEx delivered my package.
