US Shop Tools is a fantastic place to find everything you could possibly need for your machine shop. The selection , prices and customer service is unmatched. When I speak to their sales department I am always greeted by a friendly and professional person. As a machine shop owner it is a great advantage to have US Shop Tools on demand. They have a solution for almost any need for your machining business.
Very bad place to go shopping. In the first place, it does not have staff. I spoke your language, for example, in my case, Spanish, according to what they make you wait a long time to serve you, even when they do not have customers, and finally, the staff is very bad, they do not have charisma for sales
Somewhere along the line a collet I ordered got lost. Apparently the only two ways to contact anyone in support to resolve the issue is to get transferred to a full voice mailbox by sales or to write an email that will not be answered to the returns department. Might as well speak to the void that's probably where FedEx delivered my package.
A catalog house we use when looking for cheap items to be used in our machine shop.
