I was practicing for Home Hemodialysis with the nurse Lakangela. She is very rude with a nasty attitude I over slept one day after having a heart catherization and she told me she had a life of her own and wasn't trying to be there with me all day and just didn't care that I was in pain. horrible! the whole staff is RUDE! this place needs to be shut down! the RN jackie is very unprofessional disrespectful and has NOT one caring trait about her at all!!!! the fact that they let my mother have a stroke while on the machine and assumed it was because she was “high” on medication and refused to call the ambulance was the last straw for me! anyone recommend any attorneys for malpractice and negligence?

You have a unprofessional nurse by the name of Alysssa..walk around talking on her cell phone. Dances. As well showing her favoritism. She will have you sit and wait to she ready..she got her license from the bubblegum machine ....

It's time something be done with Jackie she is very nasty to the patients and show favoritism. If they have an appointment why do they need to sit 4- 5 hours without being put on the machine then have to sit another 4 hours. That's 9 hours and draining 😪. She needs to be investigated IMMEDIATELY. People already dealing with an issue and need nothing else on there plates.
