They are partial to their favorite patients. They outright show their discrimination to some of the patients. You request help and nurse would take her time and sometimes she'll completely ignore you. Only reason I'm still there is because of the doctor. She has gotten me to a healthier self. That's about the only thing i like about that clinic. I plan to leave the country sometime next year and will need full documentation as to my treatment. This clinic had been my favorite since I returned to San Antonio. Unfortunately, wellcare canceled my unlimited transportation. I had to transfer to an area where public transportation (VIATRANSE) was available. Unfortunately I left a great clinic and an awesome neophrologist, I was transferred to USrenal on Houston street. Unfortunately that didn't go well there and I wished to return to USrenal Live Oak.
