Everyone at this center is very nice besides a nurse name Anna or Hanna. She refuse to let my father go to the restroom. Her and another nurse got in a argument because she insisted for my father to use a urinal disposable . Other nurse was telling her she couldn’t go over his right. My father has a catheter in his heart so certain people can touch his catheter and as she was removing everything roughly and she even wet my dad with the insulin they put in the hoses. Anna the dialysis nurse was so rude. No politeness at all. How can a nurse be so rude to customers. Man, the saying is true that nurses eat their young. I’m a nurse myself but Anna is at another level with poor people skills
