Late starting often. Today, they made us wait a half hour past out time slot, then came out and said that they were short staffed and we would need to wait until people started coming off. Then they would try to work us into rotation. Its over a 4 hour cycle. Who wants to sit in a waiting room for 4 plus hours. The whole thing is a frustrating situation as I'm new to dialysis and I'm not used to the centers poor time management. Always late starting. Techs basically walk to the rating room and decide who they want to take back regardless of your appointment time. Pretty much every time I'm here they're taking 11:00 appointments before my 10:30 appointment which is frustrating because I don't get started sometimes until 11:15 which to me is unacceptable. Today they tried to bump my time slot to 11:35. If they want to do that I want to find somewhere else to go. I can't have dialysis any later than I do. The person that runs this place is a TERRIBLE human being...This was definitely the reason why I left...If she gets a 5 star rating, that something is SERIOUSLY wrong with this rating system...She is AWFUL
Very nice staff that care for their patients. Patients are treated thoroughly and are usually done in a few hours.
