They do not seem to genuinely care about their patients. It feels like their main priority is keeping patients on dialysis rather than helping them move toward better treatment options. I was told that I would be placed on the transplant list, but that never happened almost been there for year. I feel that I was misled about the process. The lack of communication, care, and professionalism has been extremely disappointing. This is not a good clinic. Clinic has failed to provide adequate care. After 1 year of treatments just released that I have been getting the minimum care based on facts. According to staff they have meetings and issues are in progress to fixing. According to staff they working to improve education for patients

DO NOT LET YOUR FAMILY BE SEEN HERE!! The doctor came to my family members room in the hospital to scream and yell at him it was so bad they called the police for her!!! THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS!!!
