Jenel became my nurse a year after me been on dailysis she is truly the best! John came in around the same time Jenel did he is so knowledgeable,patience just wonderful .Some days I dont know what I would do without them. My dailysis team is very supportive. I have bought them all thank you gifts because I appreciate them all, They all truly rock.
The most unprofessional staff ever. Starting with that lady Keren, if you could even call her a lady. From the moment she starts talking she sounds cold, callous, and NASTY! She has no sense of patient care and she is ALL OVER THE PLACE! Such a hard time getting her to answer basic questions!

I transitioned from DTI to Dr. Rojas, having initially seen her at a different location. For several years, I have been receiving patient assistance to obtain my essential medication. However, I have experienced significant communication challenges with the office. The manufacturer of Envarsus XR has been sending the required forms to this office since April, and as of now, in August, I find myself without my medication and unable to acquire more until Dr. Rojas completes the necessary form.
