Poor staff, unprofessional, risk the lives of the clients they are supposed to be helping. They left a sick client, that was not responding with a normal level of consciousness and unable to stand up. He had a broken arm, but staff ignored this medical issue also as they grab him to shift him around in his wheel chair. The entire staff refused to help him in a human or compassionate way. Very friendly staff. Tammy the facilities coordinator is very thorough. Ashley (nurse) is sweet. Nicole (Dietitian) very helpful. I see the staff interaction with clients and I have only witnessed friendly and positive interactions. I take my Dad and I am happy with his care. He is treated with dignity, respect and cared for.
