Staff is rude as hell. My mom goes there and the service is horrible. The nurse staff dont care at all, the doctors seems bored to talk the patient. The head nurse Elizabeth is a bully with the patients. Dont recommend this place
Us renal care Bedford is awesome. I LOVE my nurse Martine and all the staff there. They are all super friendly and very helpful and really care about their patients. The councilor he is very nice and always helpful. The dietician was really nice when I met her and of course Dr. Mac is the best nephrologit! I have a wonderful medical team! Makes having to do dialysis easier having a great medical team like this team!
Staff is very rude. Refused a residents care due to their lack of care…..will refuse all care and will also call and yell and belittle facilities and family members. Does not give proper care and does not provide monitoring of residents under their care. Horrible place. I would not recommend to anyone.
