I've been going here for the past 2 months or so and I am very satisfied with everyone who is taking care of me- from the doctors, the nurses, technicians, social worker, nutritionist and front desk person. They all are very helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Also, the set up (seat arrangement) is comfortable and more relaxing than a previous Dialysis center I attended. In my book everyone working here are 5 star employees! Keep up the great work!!
Great place the team makes feel at home! Lap, Vince, Elsa and Alfie will see to it that all your meds are filled. Jong hooks you to the machine, but in a gentle manner. I have all the confidence that you've made a great decision by choosing Renal care of Fairfax.
The staff are all friendly, competent, and attentive.I have met no disgruntled employees. They seem to enjoy working together and easily off trade task’s as needed. Inretrospect, I wish there was a more intense orientation for both the patients and their families in person or groups of incoming patients. After all, for almost all patents, dialysis is essentially a life sentence to house arrest. Each staff member provides excellent care, compasión and respect. From the social worker, dietician, receptionist, my nurses and techs, they all care for me and always greet me With a good laugh and smile.
