The receptionist is rude in person and over the phone...
I love this place. Great staff. It’s really hard for me for what I’m going through but most of the staff makes you forget by making jokes and making you laugh. Ashely is one of the best tech there. She truly cares about you and treats you with respect and is very gentle when it comes to putting you on the machines. Dr. Chao is hard on her patients and could maybe yell at you sometimes for not doing the right things but that’s because she cares about you and wants the best for you so I truly appreciate that.
I can't stand waiting ever time I come here , and people come after you
They have a great staff. The ones who stand out Gabe, Carla, Carmen and Laura.
