My dad was going there for dialysis and he had a horrible experience. They care more about filling the recliners than their patients. He reported that some of the staff is rude and unprofessional when asked them for something. The nurse techs don’t really check on the patients. They took too much fluids from him one time and he yelled out for help which took them a while to check on him. Also, they are negligent by walking away before they fully hook up patient's. The receptionist is rude in person and over the phone...
I love this place. Great staff. It’s really hard for me for what I’m going through but most of the staff makes you forget by making jokes and making you laugh. Ashely is one of the best tech there. She truly cares about you and treats you with respect and is very gentle when it comes to putting you on the machines. Dr. Chao is hard on her patients and could maybe yell at you sometimes for not doing the right things but that’s because she cares about you and wants the best for you so I truly appreciate that.
I can't stand waiting ever time I come here , and people come after you
