Care is great. Billing is terrible. I continue to get billed for services already paid from prior bills. No payments ever appear on my statements. It might help if you changed the name since Blanchard Valley is not the owner or the operator any longer and has not been for several years. I am glad I do not manage your receiveables; somebody would have been fired my now.
Great staff and management! Team work at its finest!
The staff is simply amazing! They always provide great care for my mother and are so friendly. At the end of my mom's dialysis, one of the nurses brings her outside so that it's easier for me to pick her up. They are all just wonderful! Thank you so much for your care!
