This dialysis center has but my husband and probably more in a life threatening situation. He hasn't had dialysis since Friday and was supposed to go in today. Now it will be 5 days without treatment. And I feel that everyone should know how they manage their patients. We were told that this was due to having 1 nurse out. My goodness, what are they going to do if they have 2 out? Shut the place down? It's ridiculous.
My father was a former patient here at this clinic. This is a specialized hospital that does not show hospitality. They are rude and they don’t care if they are hurting you. Rebecca and Jackie are two rude, nasty attitude and uneducated in this field. The techs that represents this clinic, they show lack of empathy and sympathy, people like that should not work on our parents, children grandparents or any human at that.
