My mother has dialysis at US Renal care 3 times weekly. When I drop her off for her 4 hour session, they have wheelchairs available inside that I can use to transport her to the waiting room. They are usually prompt in getting her started and notify me of pickup time prior to the end of her session.
US Renal Care is a top notch dialysis center that has an amazing staff and offers its clients the best care possible. Working in this field I experience many centers and this center clearly outshines many that I visit with caring individuals that clearly helps its clients to the best of their ability. For what I have seen and witnessed I give 5 stars!!!
The best. Clean, professional, organized. They will also work with you on your schedule. This is a great place to get dialysis.
Always professional, clean update to date and the staff have never never disappointed.
They never get people hooked up on time. I know they have reasons to get behind but it shouldn't happen everyday. This is the worst run place I have seen. They have a new person running this place and already they are changing times. I have been on 10:30 since I been coming here now all of a sudden they don't have a 10:30 chair so I have to come at 11:15 or earlier. I don't do earlier and 11:15 isn't a good time for me either unless they get me on right at 11:15 I have family obligations.
