Josh Nottage has been instrumental in both of home purchases. Here in Colorado in the Highlands with our first house and he also gave us a great referral for a realtor on our new house in North Carolina. He is always on point and willing to provide great advice from his years of experience. We bought our first home from him in 2002 and he has always kept in touch.
