Im so glad I read the reviews. I recently applied for a unit which I just knew I would get being that it shows as being listed well over a month. My credit score is nearly 700. No evictions. I literally dont have a single past due bill for the past 10 years. I make WELL over enough to pay the rent. I currently pay about 300+ more with no problem. Single no children. I love how spacious my apt is and the layout. I have a 2 bedroom . Minus one star for these thin walls. I can hear my neighbors on both sides and I can hear the other bedroom . I will need to ask if I can swap out the shower head and curtains. I also wish there was some kind of screen to go on the window, so I can open them without stressing about birds and bugs flying in.
Took most of my security deposit for (1) instances of regular wear and tear, and (2) For an unused basement bathroom that had issues before I moved in. I'd go with a different company
