Hands down the very best management and maintenance I have come across in Saint Louis. They are responsive and repair consistently and quickly with better than prior parts and materials (i.e shower heads, garbage disposals etc,). Beyond the quality of management, the building features really convenient and useful amenities: trash shoots in building on every floor, a gym, heated and secured parking as well as a nationally acclaimed brewery and a sandwich shop of the same caliber. I will live here as long as I possibly can.
This company is the best, they work to ensure you arrive in your dream home with ease. Colleen personally worked with me on a move back into the St. Louis area, giving me all the help in the world and making the transition as smooth as custard icecream( Ted Drew's Style). I tried contacting them because I had questions about a listing. The only reply I received was an auto response from a chat bot that sent me a link to the listing description which is the webpage I initially messaged them from. Not sure how that was supposed to be helpful. Additional follow ups have not been answered. No longer interested in renting from them because it’s really not that hard to answer an email.
They have mice in one of their properties and they won’t tell you. They will lie. Good luck with getting your full security deposit back. They will charge you!
Im so glad I read the reviews. I recently applied for a unit which I just knew I would get being that it shows as being listed well over a month. My credit score is nearly 700. No evictions. I literally dont have a single past due bill for the past 10 years. I make WELL over enough to pay the rent. I currently pay about 300+ more with no problem. Single no children.
