Terrible in customer service and support. Have been waiting over 3 months for a response to a refund request.
If you’re looking to purchase a property through this company I’d STRONGLY encourage you to go elsewhere. I purchased a manufactured home from them a few months ago and received a bad title from them. They have yet to resolve the matter or give me my money back. I tried calling multiple times and NOBODY answers the phone (also a red flag). I finally got a hold of one person who of course didn’t help very much and I never heard back from.
