Very hard to find. Communication needs work.
I miss the old landlord. She was friendly, understanding and competent at what she did. Once the new one came in it wasn’t the same. There are so many issues with this complex. The elevator doesn’t work half of the time and it’s difficult for someone who is a disabled student to use the stairs. I have to worry about my AC constantly leaking and spewing out dirt which results in my unit becoming dirty. Carrie was Great to work with!! We were in a tight spot, and couldn't find a warehouse space anywhere that would accommodate our needs. Carrie got us in a better unit than we were looking for, and everyone was extremely professional. I have been in business for almost 12 years, and US Property has got to be one of the most professional companies I've ever worked with. Thanks to the team for all their help, it is much appreciated!!
I rented a parking spot from them and it was a fair price and they were easy to work with on any issues that I may have had
